Abstract

Eccrine angiomatous hamartoma (EAH) is a rare malformation presenting with the proliferation of eccrine glands and other dermal structures. It typically presents as a solitary lesion on extremities that appears at birth or during childhood. It is generally asymptomatic but may be associated with hyperhidrosis or pain. Here we report a case of verrucous EAH located on the heel of a 27-year-old man, which is an uncommon presentation of this tumor, and review the clinical characteristics, histologic findings, and prognosis of this rare condition. © 2025 The Author(s).
