Abstract

The mode of action (MoA) is a modification after interacting with a foreign molecule with host cells. This concept is widely studied in pharmacology and is a trending content in drug development accompanied by artificial intelligence and machine learning. It is characterized by the changes in a cell by a substance such as medicine which could play a significant role in a wide range of research, from the drug discovery of novel molecules and nanomaterials to animal and clinical studies. © 2024 Elsevier Inc.
