Abstract

Background: In February 2020, coronavirus disease (COVID-19) emerged in Tehran, Iran. Case Presentation: Herein, we reported clinical features, laboratory tests, unusual radiological characteristics and therapeutic course of a patient with initial mild clinical symptoms at presentation with progression to pneumonia and pleural effusion in the emergency unit of a referral hospital. © 2021 Bentham Science Publishers.
