Abstract

We report a 62-year old man, with painful osteolysis ‘Gorham disease’ of skull. To ameliorate pain, large craniotomy and cranioplasty was performed. There was no sign of recurrence after one year. A brief review of the literature is presented. © 2016 The Neurosurgical Foundation.
