Abstract

Conjunctival lymphoma (CL) is a rare form of ocular adnexal lymphoma. Most of these lymphomas are non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas that affect mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT). The 38-year-old male patient presented with a salmon patch lesion on his right conjunctiva, thought to be a MALT lymphoma. MALT lymphoma was confirmed by histology and immunohistochemistry. The purpose of this example is to illustrate the importance of obtaining a CL diagnosis after considering other diagnoses and a positive response to limited ultra–low-dose external beam radiation. © 2025 Elsevier Inc.
