Coronary heart disease (CHD) is considered as one of the most important causes of mortality in the world. Feeling different levels of physical pain and change in motor skill abilities could be happen following CHD. In recent studies, the relationship between physical pain, motor skill abilities and CHD, is not highlighted enough. This paper has tried to focus on this relationship by searching among published papers available in Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar from 2010 until 2020. The main reason is to show that, CHD not only affect the physiological parameters of patients, but also is a reason for physical pain and motor skill disability. © Nova Science Publishers, Inc.
