Abstract

In this article, an inline equation was incorrect and a reference was missing. In the section “Results and discussions”, under the subsection “LCS performance description in different meteorological conditions”, the sentence “While High-quality instruments are equipped with dryers or heaters to remove particle water” should cite the reference KOSMOPOULOS, G., SALAMALIKIS, V., WILBERT, S., ZARZALEJO, L. F., HANRIEDER, N., KARATZAS, S. & KAZANTZIDIS, A. 2023. Investigating the Sensitivity of Low-Cost Sensors in Measuring Particle Number Concentrations across Diverse Atmospheric Conditions in Greece and Spain. Sensors, 23, 6541 and the same reference was included in the article. In the Materials and Methods section under the subsection “(IOT (Internet of Things) based sensor device design)” the eighth line was published incorrectly as “The sensor reports particle concentrations in the diameter size of >0.3, >0.5, >1, >5, >10.” but should have been “ The sensor reports the number of particles per 0.1 L of air in the following cumulative size bins: >0.3, >0.5, >1.0, >2.5, >5.0, and >10 µm.” The original article has been corrected. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Tehran University of Medical Sciences 2026.
