Abstract

Cephalic positioning of the lower lateral cartilage is a very common anatomical variations and have unpleasant appearance for very patients. Treatment includes repositioning of the lateral crus of the lower lateral cartilages with lateral crural strut graft. In this chapter we demonstrated both methods:with and without repositioning of lateral crus. © 2023 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
