Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, the use of stem cells has been widely considered for the reconstruction of lost tissues. Previous studies have demonstrated the effects of phenolic compounds on bone marrow differentiation of stem cells. Vanilla acid is a phenol with several pharmacological effects. This study aimed to investigate the effects of vanillic acid on osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in Wistar rats. © 2022, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
