Abstract

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is one of the important complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) (HSCT). PH after HSCT can occur with different causes and mechanisms. Increased pulmonary vascular resistance Pulmonary vascular resistance can cause PH, which can lead to right ventricular failure Right ventricular failure. In this chapter, we discuss the causes of PH, its classification and how to diagnose and treat it in patients after HSCT. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024. All rights reserved.
