Abstract

Chloroprene (126-99-8) is used to make chemical-resistant rubber. Large exposures are harmful because they depress the neurological system. Chloroprene is thought to be cancer-causing when exposed repeatedly to high enough quantities of its hazardous metabolites. © 2024 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
