Abstract

There is little data on the Iranian nurses' level of satisfaction with Hospital Information System implementation in university hospitals. The aims of this study were:1) To determine the reliability and validity of factors which can affect the successful implementation of Hospital Information System for nursing staff 2) and use them to propose a new implementation success model. © 2018 Global IT Research Institute (GiRI).
