Abstract

Sarcoidosis is an unknown etiology systemic disease. Pathologically, it is characterized by the presence of noncaseating epithelioid-cell granulomas in various organs. The clinical course of sarcoidosis is widely variable. In this report we describe a case of unusual sarcoidosis, presented with submental lymphadenopathy and renal failure with normal chest x-ray. © 2014 by Journal of Nephropathology (JNP).
