Abstract

Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a rare and life-threatening clinical syndrome, which may present with FUO. The possible diagnosis of HLH must be considered in the differential diagnosis when a patient presents with FUO. © 2021 The Authors. Clinical Case Reports published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
