The validity of the scales was confirmed by psychologists and psychiatrists and their Cronbach's alpha was 0.68, 0.85 and 0.81, respectively. Data collection method was performed in two sessions and data analysis in two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS software version 22.Results: The mean changes in marital satisfaction and sexual intimacy between couples after using play therapy tools increased significantly (6.24 and 5.59). No significant changes were observed in emotional malaise before and after play therapy. Conclusion: Considering the psychological issues that blind or partially sighted couples are struggling with and considering the features of educational games for learning life skills for adults, it seems that the use of 'Shahre eshgh' play therapy based on Designed principles of psychology can be very useful. © 2020 IEEE.
