Abstract

This study discusses the management of a pregnant woman with PPROM and a history of lupus. She was found to be severely thrombocytopenic which was unresponsive to prednisolone. During cesarean section, placental abruption was found and postpartum hemorrhage ensued. © 2021 The Authors. Clinical Case Reports published by John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
