Abstract

Granuloma faciale (GF) is a benign disease that presents as solitary or multiple asymptomatic plaques on the face. We report a 25-year-old male patient with asymptomatic papular, pustular, and nodular lesions on both cheeks. Diagnosis of GF was made based on the histopathological findings. He was treated with cryotherapy and intralesional triamcinolone injections every month. After 3 months, the lesions became paler and less indurated. © 2019, Iranian Society of Dermatology.
