Abstract

At Present, patients with chronic heart disease constitute a large number of populations in world. In this study, a portable designed for these kinds of patients to monitor and record the ECG signal at the same time. During monitoring of the ECG Signal, Heart calculated and transmitted to a medical service center by text message. Continues patient long-term ECG recording during daily could provide important information about patient health situation. Also heart rate telemetry could help clinician to immediately diagnose heart failures. The prototype had 85 grams and 9102 cm dimension with 3 chest lead electrodes could easily carried in daily life. © 2011 IEEE.
