Abstract

In the previous chapter, we talked about how both visual perceptions and motor actions are impaired in visual illusions. We also discussed the role of eyes as provider of spatial presence. In this chapter, we will see that verbal hallucinations do not necessarily indicate the presence of psychopathologies. We also hear the orchestra of ears as the providers of both temporal and spatial dimensions of presence. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.
