Abstract

Glatiramer acetate (GA) is a widely used immune-modulating drug in relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Although a few cases of drug-induced liver injury during GA therapy have been reported earlier, herein we present the case of a 43-year-old woman with relapsing MS who experienced acute liver failure after GA therapy, ultimately leading to liver transplant. © 2023 The Authors.
