Abstract

Introduction: Foreign body aspiration is an emergency condition in children, which can lead to death. Most these foreign bodies are usually removed by bronchoscopy. Straight needle aspiration is a rare condition. Sometimes, there are some difficulties in diagnosis and management of this type of foreign body, especially in children. Case Presentation: We report a case of a needle aspiration. Conclusions: For intraoperative localization of foreign body, the C-arm device may be used before broncheotomy to decrease morbidity of the patient. Copyright © 2017, Trauma Monthly.
