Abstract

This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. Post-publication, an investigation conducted on behalf of the journal by Elsevier's Research Integrity & Publishing Ethics team, prompted by a PubPeer post identified concerns around the authenticity of the following figures/image panels:Fig. 5 (C) X-ray diffractograms of DL, κC powder, and DL-κC NPs. It was felt that the explanations provided were unsatisfactory in resolving these concerns.
