Abstract

One anastomosis gastric bypass (OAGB) has gained popularity and is now the third most common bariatric procedure worldwide. One of the complications following OAGB is marginal ulcer with./5–8% incidence. Resection of GJ and conversion to Roux-en-Y gastric bypass may be a safe management for biliopancreatic limb obstruction due to complicated marginal ulcer. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.
