Abstract

The authors regret to inform you that some unintentional errors occurred in one of our manuscripts published in the esteemed Journal of “International Journal of Biological Macromolecules”. We are responsible for these oversights. This oversight occurred during the preparation of the manuscript. We have replaced the duplicated image with corrected images as follow: in Figure 7III, the image corresponding to Day 1-d (CS/PNIPAM NPs SVA&AP-SF/PAAM VitC) (which was duplicated) is replaced with the correct original image and image Day 1-c (AP-SF/PAAM) is retained (similar to that existing in the published article):[Formula presented] In Fig. 10, both image (d) at 4 Weeks and 8 Weeks (CS/PNIPAM NPs SVA&AP-SF/PAAM VitC) (which were duplicated) are replaced with the correct ones and image 4 Weeks (b) (SF/PAAm) is retained (similar to that existing in the published article):[Formula presented] The updated figures now include the correct original images, and we have labelled them clearly to reflect the appropriate data. Due to these figures' replacements, the article's conclusion has not been changed. There is also no change in the figure legends due to replacement. We hope the corrections made by replacing the duplicate figures now satisfy the exact version that should have been during the original submission, as we made the unintentional mistake of putting duplicate photos. Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to correct the errors in the article. We are committed to ensuring that such mistakes do not occur in future studies. The authors would like to again apologise for any inconvenience caused. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.
