Abstract

In spite of all advances made in medical intervention over the past few decades, efficient curing of many diseases such as diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer disease etc. has remained a challenge (Bast 2004). Delayed onset of treatment is one of the main contributors to the failure in treating these diseases to a satisfactory extent. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.
