Abstract

We presented a 34-year-old woman with blurred vision and inability to walk due to acute optic neuritis and transverse myelitis, neuromyelitis optica (Devic's syndrome), for an interesting presentation of this syndrome with proteinuria as the first manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus. © Clinical Rheumatology 2009.
