Abstract

A series of novel sulfonamides containing a 2-amino-1,3-thiazole fragment have been synthesized using a simple and efficient method under solvent-free conditions. The obtained N-(4-sulfamoyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-4-nitrobenzamides were evaluated for their antibacterial activity against S. aureus and E. coli, and in silico ADME prediction was performed to find biological behavior. © 2019, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
