Abstract

It is well known that cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world, which can be easily diagnosed by the detection of tumor markers in human samples that it is essential not only for controlling of cancer but also for improving the quality of human lives. In recent years, the graphene-based biosensors widely have been used for the detection of various tumor markers in human samples. Among them, the graphene-based electrochemical aptasensors are especially promising, because of their cost-effectiveness, high sensitivity, and selectivity. In this chapter, the recent advances in graphene-based electrochemical aptasensors for the determination of tumor markers were discussed. © 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
