Abstract

The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding potential overlap between Fig. 5D images representing BUC 0.7+CUP and Control groups. Further checks by the Publisher found some within-blot band similarities and unusual background features in the western blot images presented in Figs. 4A and 5A-C. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the presented data. Ali Gorji agrees with this retraction. Gelareh Vakilzadeh has not explicitly stated whether they agree with this retraction.
